I have taken photos of these boats before, but they never really worked. This time, a different lens, a bit of darkness, a little moonlight and just the right amount of ripples from some ducks nearby.

A long exposure taken around sunrise at this popular location. When we got up in the morning our intention was to pop up Carnedd y Filiast but it was in a bit of cloud so this was our second choice.
Anyway, popular locations, if you are going to do a classic location such as this one it is worth trying something different so we thought a long exposure might be good. There was enough wind to move the clouds but not enough to move the branches of the tree so it worked out well.

It would be another month before Bullock's next new Olympian arrived (M790 NBA), so L10 and L20 were still the newest deckers in the fleet on this date. The latter is on a Sunday GMPTE contracted journey on service 20, heading back to Stockport - but I can't remember where from ! Where did the 20 run to on a Sunday in 1994 ?
This pair did 15 years here, until they passed to Stagecoach Manchester in 2008, and were fairly quickly moved on. L20 then did 5 years with Padarn Bus at Llanberis, returning to allover red, but now resides as a static dining bus in Poland !
