We went tent camping at Frozen Head State Park from Saturday, April 26th through Monday, April 28th.

Saturday evening we had: Ribeye Steak, Idahoan Mashed Potatoes and canned corn for dinner.

Sunday morning I heated up Banquet Sausage links and Great Value Egg makers. We made Breakfast burritos with some Shredded cheddar cheese and pickled Jalepaños. For lunch, I made Pudgy pies (campfire pizza on white bread; with Pizza sauce, Shredded Mozzarella cheese and Pepperoni slices ). And for dinner we grilled Chicken breast, Shrimp, White onion and Peppers. We made fajitas.

I captured a time-lapse of the charcoal grill heating up (fuel burning off the charcoal briquettes), two slow shutter clips of our campfire and a star trail of the tree canopy and night sky.

Monday morning we packed up our camping gear in the car. Then we hiked from the Panther Run Trailhead up to DeBord Falls and back to our Subaru. Then we drove home!

We hosted my Mother-in-Law for Easter this year. We made Hash Brown casserole, Slovak Easter cheese, Strawberry & Mandarin orange Spinach salad, Ham & Cheese puff pastry and heated up sliced Ham and Kielbasa.

My Mother-in-Law brought over her Potato salad and Pistachio pudding pie.

We ate outside on the deck; under our large umbrella.

Day three of Big Ears Festival was my third and fourth shifts volunteering. My mid-morning shift was at the The Point and then an evening shift at The Mill & Mine. There ended up being only one performance at The Point. ()the second performer cancelled last minute ). So we helped pick up loose trash after the David Grubbs performance. And we were let go from the shift.

So I walked up to Volunteer HQ and got my Saturday meal voucher and then walked back to Potchke Deli for takeout.

I went home and rested up for the Michael Rother show at The Mill & Mine; where he performed songs from Neu! and Harmonia.

During my Mill & Mine shift, I got to see Lankum and Free Form Funky Freqs. In between shows, my venue captain, Shai let me run over to Otsu! Dumpling for an order of Shrimp Shumai.

Shai picked up some donuts (from Parlor Donuts ) for the volunteer crew to share.. I got a piece of three donuts: Creamsicle, Chocolate & Peanut butter and Glazed.

After my last shift, I went up to Volunteer HQ and got my Sunday meal voucher. Then popped over to Petro's Chili & Chips for lunch to go. ( I got a Large Petro with Black olives )

Went home and rested up for the two evening shows: Múm at The Bijou and Explosions in the Sky at The Mill & Mine.
