Chciałbym złożyć najserdeczniejsze życzenia Górnikom w dniu Barbórki. Przede wszystkim życzę zdrowia, bezpiecznej i stabilnej pracy oraz docenienia trudu wkładanego w codzienną pracę, która jest niezbędna dla każdego z nas, chociaż coraz częściej o tym zapominamy.
Zachodzące w Europie przemiany związane w transformacją energetyczną powodują, że szczególnie górnictwo surowców energetycznych stoi przed wieloma wyzwaniami, jednak po dzień dzisiejszy jest fundamentem bezpieczeństwa energetycznego naszego kraju i większości świata. Górnicza praca ma dla mnie szczególne znaczenie, ponieważ każda tona stali na świecie powstała właśnie dzięki Górnikom. Proces produkcyjny zarówno hut, jak i koksowni rozpoczyna się głęboko pod ziemią, gdzie dzięki wielkiemu trudowi tysięcy osób wydobywany jest węgiel koksowy, rudy żelaza, topniki i wszelkie materiały niezbędne do produkcji metalurgicznej.
Bohaterem dzisiejszej barbórkowej fotografii jest Zastępca Kierownika Robót Górniczych Odkrywki Jóźwin II B Kopalni Węgla Brunatnego Konin Pan Tomasz Lewandowski. Bardzo cieszę się, że dzięki Panu Tomaszowi mogłem poznać odkrywkę Jóźwin II B w ostatnich chwilach jej istnienia. Ujęcie przedstawia Pana Tomasza na największej koparce wielonaczyniowej kopalni nazywanej Dolores, którą przedstawiłem Wam kilka tygodni temu 😉
