The Central of Georgia Heritage Unit was supposed to lead NS 21D out of Charleston that day. But in a typical twist of fate, there was some mechanical issue and so the Unit was set aside at Remount Road while another usual power took its place. Here 21D is seen passing CoG on its way out from Seven Mile Yard.
