De eerste Alfa onder moederbedrijf Stellantis: de Junior. Bijna had 'ie Milano geheten, maar de Italiaanse overheid stak daar een stokje voor. Een auto vernoemd naar Milaan moet namelijk in Italië gebouwd worden, en dat is niet het geval, want de productie vindt plaats in Polen. En dus kwam Alfa na de onthulling alsnog met een naamswijziging op de proppen: ̶W̶a̶r̶s̶z̶a̶w̶a̶ Junior.
Als een Alfisti weet ik nog steeds niet goed wat ervan te vinden. Ik blijf er teveel een Peugeot in zien en dat is natuurlijk niet gek, maar ook zeker niet wat je wilt bij een Alfa Romeo.
