Yellow with red and blue bands and the letters “A” and “P” separated by an anchor.
The Carnival Holiday sailed from 1985 to its retirement from the fleet in 2009.
The photo was taken in December 2008. The ship retired the next year.

A large Hong Kong-registered container ship, operated by China COSCO Shipping Corporation (COSCO = China Ocean Shipping Co). COSCO are one of the largest shipping companies in the world, with over 1000 ships.

The Viking Line / Destination Gotland cruise ship Birka Gotland departing from Stockholm, Sweden
MV Normandie is a ferry operated by Brittany Ferries. She was built at Kværner Masa-Yards Turku New Shipyard in Finland and has been sailing for Brittany Ferries since 1992.

A flamingo with pink and white feathers has its head into the water to cool it off. Funnel and ripples on the water and splashes indicate how quickly this happened.
