Having stumbled across them in the middle of Kingswood Retail Park a couple years ago, it felt quite strange coasting by the Edinburgh Coach Lines depot on the outskirts of Leith back last Tuesday. Here they are again, though, but this time not in pink tartan: instead, they run a service on behalf of the 'Globus family of brands', a name that has been around since at least the 1990s that may as well serve as some predecessor to today's Coach Travel Group. The livery sure looks fancy, though - and unchanged since the 90s, too! Quality.
Operating on behalf of the Globus family of brands, Edinburgh Coach Lines' BV72 XZR, a 2022 Mercedes-Benz Tourismo, is seen along the top end of Princes Street on likely some sort of sightseeing work that didn't capture in the destination.
