The Temple of the Warriors is a structure 12 meters high and 40 meters long. The central temple shows relays of warriors and eagles and onças devouring human hearts, as representations of the Tlalchitonatiuh gods.
The Warrior Temple is one of the most impressive and important structures of Chichen Itza.
It may be the only late classic building built, large or sufficient for large gatherings.
The temple consists of four platforms, flanked on the south and west sides by 200 round and square columns.
All the square columns were sculpted in low relief, with Toltec warriors; In some places the columns are joined together with a kind of cement, only painted with live cores and covered with gesso.
This is another building in my galaxy far, far away.
The design is reminiscent of an older building style, but is a mix between a design office and apartments in a galaxy far, far away.
The building is rectangular and has 8 floors including the ground floor.
The fourth floor is rotated 90 degrees. It stands on 8 main columns with an elevator in the middle.
