Une jument est arrivée au parc des Chanteraines à Villeneuve-la-Garenne/Gennevilliers (Hauts-de-Seine). Elle participe à l’entretien du parc en collectant les déchets. Elle remplace ainsi le tracteur et permet d’économiser l’énergie et de réduire les émissions de CO2. Cette action s’inscrit dans le cadre plus global de démarche environnementale de développement durable, appliquée depuis de nombreuses années, sur l’ensemble des espaces verts départementaux. Le public peut venir la voir « travailler » tous les matins dans les allées du parc.

At the end of our visit to the Acropolis (Ακρόπολης), we paused near the northwest end of the Parthenon (Παρθενών) when we noticed that restoration workers were about to hoist a very large piece of marble. Here, you can see the crane lifting the marble slab upright. We would have liked to stay and watch them move the stone into place, but we had to leave to meet our tour group outside the Acropolis.
It wandered around my house for a few days...
"Give this up!, just let the drivers have all of it, and ban all children from here completely, unless they're being driven in motor vehicles," I said. "Abandon this effort."

8 shot panorama using a Canon 7D and Sigma 30 f/1.4, stitched in Photoshop. It looks dark at the small size - would hope you'd try to view (L)arge! Or, there's some great detail in the photo, my hope would be it could be viewed at original size (if anyone has time!). :D
