The Elusive Leopard - 24 Hours of Patience

After almost 24 hours of searching in Kruger National Park, I was finally rewarded with this breathtaking moment—a majestic leopard resting beside the road. The dedication and patience paid off! There's nothing quite like witnessing such a powerful and graceful creature in the wild. This experience is a true reminder of the beauty of nature and why I love exploring the African wilderness!

Watching the Sunset

Approaching golden hour on the savannah in Sabi Sands Reserve, South Africa, and this beautiful leopard knew exactly how to enjoy it. Draped over an old log, she watches the sun sink over the vast, open land. There’s no rush, no hunt — just a quiet connection with the world. Nature’s calm at its finest.

We were lucky enough to share this scene, watching the same sunset alongside this beautiful animal, one of Africa’s elusive 'Big Five.' These aren’t the five largest animals, but rather once held the title as the five most challenging to hunt on foot. Thankfully, now the term belongs to us photographers and wildlife enthusiasts who capture their beauty in the wild instead.
Wishing everyone a weekend as peaceful as this sunset :)

Indian Leopard

This pic was taken in Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary Situated in Maharashra, India. It was a morning safari. Our gypsy was passing thriugh a small narrow path when suddenly this guy jumped from left to right. All we could see is a dark yellow flash. We were unable to take pic of the jump as it was so sudden. But we wre fortunate that this guy sat and gave us pose for good 5 mins before entering into the jungle.
It is so rightly said that whether you see something or not, in jungle you are being seen by hundred pair of eyes and you will see something when you expect the least.

Sighting a leopard in the wild is a very tough task. We were successful in doing so this time in Ranthambhore.
