Taken from Hamilton Park in Weehawken, NJ. The only reason the final docking was cut off is because security was clearing the park for closing.

The city that never sleeps transforms as night falls. From Brooklyn, Manhattan's skyline feels suspended in time, while the lights of the bridge and skyscrapers paint an eternal portrait in black and white.
I found the BEST location to shoot the World Trade Center and downtown Manhattan. This is a long exposure at sunrise about 5:45 a.m. There was so much stuff going on in the water, it made for great foreground subjects. I can't wait to go back and shoot the sunset!

The Empire State Building on the right and the One Vanderbilt Tower on the left tower over the midtown skyline.
The last rays from the setting sun reflect off the windows of midtown Manhattan...as seen from the Jersey side of the Hudson River.
