Another shot from the sunrise Jersey City shoot. We just moved down a little bit and the sun was up a little bit more. I was born and raised in the suburbs, but I salivate every time I see the New York City skyline.

I found the BEST location to shoot the World Trade Center and downtown Manhattan. This is a long exposure at sunrise about 5:45 a.m. There was so much stuff going on in the water, it made for great foreground subjects. I can't wait to go back and shoot the sunset!

Very grateful! Thank you very much!
My new little Nikon Z fc. It’s so retro, it reminds me of my father‘s camera from the 60s, which I still have…
Oh, I could’ve photographed it in a way that showed you the whole camera, but I am an artist so I need to post it like an artist. If you want to see the whole camera, you can easily Google it. lol!
Two year old Ace on the left and one year old Mazy on the right, are the best of friends. As I was walking out the door tonite, I turned and notice them relaxing on the dog chair. I was actually pretty far away. About 30 ft. which was good because it kept them from noticing me.
I bought a new Nikon Z fc and 24-120 f4 Z lens with it. This is a nice little camera. I bought it because it's an adorable little retro camera. Very light! So is the lens! I've fallen back it love with Nikon. I'll still shoot with my camera phone, but this little Nikon will be my priority camera now. I LOVE it!!
These two pups are mine. :-)
Generated in AI on the new iPhone 16 Pro Max in Playground. I’m having so much fun with this new phone!!
I will be returning to the skyline of
New York City shortly, so we will really see what it’s capable of!
Have a happy and healthy new year!! And good luck with your photography in the future year to come.
Her name is Maggie and she is a new client to me. This is my first visit. When I first walked in the door, she was barking her head off uncontrollably. And let me tell you she has a huge bark!
I let her out and went in search of the carrots because that is her chosen treat… couldn’t find the carrots for a good 15 minutes. So I had no way to stop the barking. I texted the owner and he proceeded to tell me the carrots are in the garage refrigerator.
Could have used that information 15 minutes ago, but whatever. After pulling out the carrots and using them to gain her trust, this is where we ended up. Food, patience and a soft touch are usually the key with dogs. But thank goodness for treats!!
My pack… waiting for me as I checked the pool cover and coming back through love struck eyes. These babies follow me everywhere! They are the perfect four for me! Mazy and Ace ( middle two) look bigger than they are… Because they are standing on the pavement. These four match perfectly because they get along like the best of friends.
I was outside checking the pool cover while they were outside checking me from the other side of the gate…
Eight-year-old Faith on a left and six month old Mazy in the middle and then almost 2-year-old Ace, the black boy who is a bernedoodle and then on the right the Frenchie, Ben.
For us older people doesn’t this remind you of the little rascals!?!
This was a completely candid shot.
Once again, I’m in Bar Harbor, Maine. And once again, this is an app called Slow Shutter… I had so much fun playing in the woods with this app!! I think this would look good on a wall somewhere framed really big, particularly where people are stressed out and need to relax. These are birch trees at the peak of autumn in Maine.
Ace is a Mini BerneDoodle. He is just over a year old now. He’s a ball of energy and a lot of fun. He’s wicked smart. Sometimes too smart if you know what I mean….. love him to pieces. This used to be Tank’s chair. But he has arthritis now and can no longer jump up here so Ace has taken it over. That’s Tank at the bottom left of the chair.
