Standing at the convergence point of Slovakia, Austria, and Hungary, Tripoint Sculpture Park is a symbolic meeting ground where borders converge. As I spun around the marker denoting the trilateral junction, my gaze fell upon the 'M' representing Hungary. It was on this day that I discovered the self-designation "Magyarország" and pondered the intriguing concept of endonyms â the names by which countries refer to themselves, adding an enriching layer to my cross-cultural experience.
