One spot many people recommended visiting for photos was Staalmeestersbrug: a bridge looking towards Zuiderkerk. I did this long exposure with a Lee big stopper and 0.9 soft grad filters.

What a cool scene I sensed here as I turned the corner first. As always, the people were helpful and so very nice. Many are rather curious, or let's put it this way, they pretend to be curious. (¬‿¬)
The composition was already clear to me, as I had already been here the day before and was able to memorize my position well. This photo is perhaps a little more sombre, but on closer inspection, the joy and colors here have by no means disappeared. Because these details, joy and color will always be part of my photos.
I love her art Hania Rani so young and so talented. The song Glass the video ♫ was recorded in Berlin and many sequences were shot in the district where I grew up. Speaking of Berlin, I may soon have something completely new from Berlin in terms of photography. But will that be something for Flickr? I'm not sure yet. Anyway, I won't have much time to share photos anytime soon, but I'll try to keep an eye on your excellent work.

It's not that unusual to be able to take photos like this, and certainly not here in Amsterdam. The people here are very different to those in other cities. These two probably reflect that best. (¬‿¬)

I really like scenes like this one. The busyness and activity of those people. There are cyclists, a small electric car. Honestly, this one would probably be too small for me. Or these two here with the tandem. They have certainly been able to spend their entire lives in harmony, while others, like the young couple in front here, are just starting out and still have everything ahead of them.
Oh, but he already seems to be disinterested and has discovered something else more interesting (。•̀ᴗ-) Taking photos in Amsterdam has its charm. The young people, very open and often so much fun.

Amsterdam with its countless corners, bridges and small alleyways. Here you can prove yourself in street photography, or do as I do and expand your own knowledge. But anyone who thinks they have all the time in the world for this kind of photography is mistaken. The light doesn't take a break, it gives and takes everything from you.
Those who find hearts can keep them. (◔ ͜◔) ...♡.*・。゚

As the last obligation of this day has been fulfilled, the hour is finally striking. I spent the whole day impatiently wishing that the time had already come. Then, with a smile on my face, I quickly pack all my things.
I take the key which I found hidden deep in my pocket, open the lock and pack on the luggage. Finally! While my feet are still looking for their way to the pedals, the tender evening sun warms up my face. Then I start riding away. On the move, it is easy not to think about what else usually is irritating.
A light breeze blows around my face while I am delighted to admire a constantly changing environment. In the shortest time, I see all kinds of things. As beautiful wildflowers in all colors line my path, I slowly start to hear the static noise of the city motorway. A reminder that my excursion to “carefree land” will soon come to an end.
