First time I ever saw a Yakolev in reality. It was such a nice experience.
The light wasn't good, mainly from the front, but under these circumstances it was all I could do.
One thing I noticed was that the angle of takeoff is very very shallow even shallower than a Dreamliner.

Now without Air Moldova titles
Replacing an earlier scanned photo with a better version, plus Topaz DeNoise AI 05-Apr-25.
Dates expressed in this history are approximate. This aircraft was delivered to Dacono Air, Russia as RA-42426 in 1993. Shortly after delivery it was leased to Kish Air, Iran as EP-LAE. It was re-registered EP-LAM in Nov-94.
The aircraft was returned to Dacono Air in Apr-95 and immediately sold to Dniproavia, Ukraine. It was leased to Top Air, Turkiye as TC-IYI in Jun-95 and returned to Dniproavia as UR-42426 in Dec-96.
In Jul-97 the aircraft was wet-leased to Air Moldova International and returned to Dniproavia in 2002. It was sold to Tarco Air, Sudan as ST-TAC in Oct-11. I'm not sure when it was retired but it was broken up at Khartoum, Sudan in 2018.
Hat tip to RZ Jets for the history details.
