I had never checked out this patch of the city; my buddy showed me, and said that there are strict rules about the houses. IIRC, you have to be an artist (presumably not a hobby artist), and you can only stay for a few years. Something like that. :p
They're on the edge of Majorna, a cozy part of town with quite a lot of hippies and hipsters. :B I wouldn't mind living there, but a) I hear the buildings tend to be very thin-walled and b) there's a billion-year waiting list for rental flats there.
