Friday, March 11, marked Day 1 of SXSW 2016. While I was initially planning to catch the SXSW Film Festival's opening night premiere, I changed those plans after Friskies invited me to be a VIP at the Friskies Cat Concoctions private party held in honor of Grumpy Cat (a.k.a. Tardar Sauce). Among the many highlights of the party was the chance for a photo op with Grumpy herself! (Alas, we weren't allowed to pet her.) I tried taking a selfie, but I couldn't get a good shot since I have short arms...
L'œuvre d'Anish Kapoor "Dirty Corners", exposée dans les jardins du château de Versailles, a été vandalisée dimanche avec des inscriptions royalistes et antisémites. Anish Kapoor, lui, a choisi de continuer à l'exposer sur place, telle quelle, tags antisémites compris. Il est venu constater lui-même les dégâts et a demandé à ce que l'œuvre dégradée reste visible de tous.
