This image was taken in walking up from Wimmis(629m) to Niesen summit (2369m)November 3 ,2007 .

In your next vacations around I recommend you to visit this mountain on the way to Interlaken, You can walk up from Wimmis or from Frutingen. (not for everybody , you need to be in good shape.-) )The easiest way is to take a train from Mülenen.On a beatiful day you can see far away.: The Jura mountains in the north, the Alps in the east and south.
