View from the hotel, the name of the lake is Sirsjön. The farm has been owned by the Sahlström family since 1803. Per Sahlström was born in 1834 and had ten children. Three of them became artists and the main building (at the far left) is now a museum with their artwork. In the surrounding buildings there are hotel rooms, a restaurant, a shop, an art gallery and conference rooms.
