Foamy fury with an inner calm.
Rolling up on the beach casting spindrift into the dawn.

Closeup of my plastic model by Polar Lights. I added lighting and a complete interior with passengers and crew from the 1960’s Irwin Allen TV show “Land of the Giants”.
Closeup view thru the port passenger cabin windows of the Spindrift. Passengers were not included with the model kit so I added them using bits and pieces of vinyl toy soldier figures and putty before painting. Crew figures were included with the kit but some work was done on their faces and hair to look more like the actors in the television show.
On a stormy morning, a beam of sunlight slips over the horizon and below the overcast to illuminate this breaker as it closes out.
Cool, blue, and foamy. Powerful, tumbling, and rushing. Smooth, wet, and salty.
A short period set breaks on a beach at dawn. Or was it just a dream?
