"Twenty six miles across the sea, Santa Catalina is waiting for me..." Lyrics from an old pop song about what we just call Catalina. It's 22 miles long and 26 miles away from the California coast. Fun to go there on big hovercraft boats! Only a few cars are allowed on the island and residents, all 3000 of them, drive around in golf carts!
This is SOOC, taken with my little Canon zoom from Laguna Beach.
