106/365 - Egg-cited for Easter

We had another snowfall overnight. While I do like snow, I would prefer not to see anymore of it for now; especially since it's Spring!!

I hope everyone had a great day! Thanks for your visit!

Such a welcome surprise to have this male evening grosbeak visit our place this morning. I do hope more come and of course the females as well.

We had a really good service at church this morning - the message of the sermon was very apposite. We were pleased to see the young man who has come a couple of times, and who is going to St Mary's more often now, but he decided to join us again today.

Mike & I went out for lunch, to the Keepers Arms in Quenington. Lovely meal and good to be back there.

I had a little rest back at home, then drove to Carterton for swimming. Only two or three people in the slow lane, which was great, and lots of strong, fast swimmers in the other lanes who seemed to be training or being picked for competitions or something.

This evening, we watched the final episode of Magpie Murders, which had a very satisfactory ending. Mike was almost going to give up on it a few episodes ago, but he was glad to stay the course!
