Today the temperature reached the lowest it's been all year. 0 degree, feeling like -18. I love winter... but man that's cold.
So to warm up a bit, I decided to make some of my homemade apple cider. Next to it tasting amazing, my favorite thing is how beautiful all the ingredients look in the crockpot before they heat up.
It was -19C (about -2F) but with the wind chill it was much much colder. Out of the the three days so far since the weather network announced we would have very cold temps today, was the coldest to me. I went out to get some frozen bubbles and could only stay out to try two as my hands were freezing. This is as good as it gets for today's try.

Had a phone call from a village resident to say that part of the fencing designed to stop people falling into the River Rother where the path crosses over, had been vandalised.
So, went and took a look and reported the damage, so hopefully some barriers will soon appear at the site. The river get very deep and fast flowing after heavy rain, so needs urgent attention.
A few more doors like this and I will be home sweet home.
The girls are enjoying the warmth inside. It's cold and getting colder outside.
Edited DxO Photolab 8. I've got Lightroom but wanted to see what else is out there. Lightroom and the creative suite is free for now but I won't be working at the same location forever.
I'm loving my new to me D750. The lens I used is the Micro-Nikkor 55mm f3.5 AI. Pretty cool that it knows what the aperture is even though it's a manual focus lens so long as it's entered in the Non-CPU lens setting.
