Jumbo cabin, the interior of a Lufthansa Boeing 747-8, this is the rear ecomomy cabin, seat rows 34- 49, packed full of Germans heading off to the island of Palma on their holidays.

Much is said about the sheer size of the overhead bins & spacious interior of the 747 itself.


It's the start of the Easter holidays 2022, after two years of pent up "stay at home" recommendations, the heave is on, especially in Germany to getback to the beach & sun.
Lufthansa operated two "heavies " from Munich & Frankfurt, usually seen on long haul services to Palma de Mallorca to cater for the extra demand, much like the did in 2021.

We're having an incredible winter, here in the mountains of Northern Utah. According to Alta Ski Area's current snow report, we're just shy of 400 inches of snow for the season and the base at the resort is more than 11 feet deep. And it's only February. Everything is buried and the skiing has been amazing. I was out scouting photo angles for a ski property management company yesterday and took this picture of the Creekside Chalet at Alta. I'm glad I don't have to shovel snow to get in and out of that place.
