A Norfolk Southern loaded coal train slowly creeps down the ramp from The Ohio Connecting Railroad Bridge into Island Avenue Yard. This is a shot I've wanted for years and never committed myself to spending time here waiting for a train. Oddly enough I was only here for 15 minutes before this train arrived.
NS #3059 takes the C28 into Island Avenue to set out cars for the AVR. A loaded coal train and an eastbound manifest are underneath us, waiting at CP Penn.
