Me, I usually just refer to it as "yon '75 in light brown."

A "beauty of '95" — 1995, that is. by Tim Kiser

A "beauty of '95" — 1995, that is.

I had been out walking around looking for buildings from the mid-1990s and here was one. I wished for these crape myrtles to be removed so I could see the building better.

A polychrome mid-1990s wall sculpture in 10+ bright colors would be ideal for that windowless expanse on the upper floors.

Onward and Upward -- Thousand Oaks 'city hall' is undergoing major expansion as city takes over more county functions. Cantilevered beams will support enlarged council chambers at 1429 Thousand Oaks Blvd., where city leases office space on second floor. Expansion will about double existing office space of city, and make room for new city departments of building and safety and engineering, plus proposed increase in planning staff. Bay City Michigan - Historic City Hall

The Bay City Hall is a Richardsonian Romanesque building constructed of Indiana limestone, sandstone, and granite, measuring approximately 120 feet by 200 feet. The multi-gabled roof is tiled, and a large sandstone tower, nearly 180 feet high, is located at the southeast corner. The tower is topped with a gable roof with spires, and contains a large clock with separate dial faces on each of its four sides.
In 1892, local architects Leverett A. Pratt and Walter Koeppe were hired to design the structure, and the cornerstone was lain in 1894.[3] The building was completed by the summer of 1897 at a cost of $175,000.
