To demonstrate what a shade tree is.

The MetroPCS store looks more impressively imposing thanks to its false front.

This is in Beaver Falls. The local people automatically recognize the paw prints on the sidewalk as a symbol of Beaver Falls High School sports performers, who weirdly imagine themselves to be "Tigers" as they perform their sports.

Built 1938!, ah the Great Depression in Beaver Falls, who can ever forget. Protrusions of brick in horizontal stripes. by Tim Kiser

Built 1938!, ah the Great Depression in Beaver Falls, who can ever forget. Protrusions of brick in horizontal stripes.

"Begin the Beguine" by Artie Shaw and His Orchestra is available if you need a hit song from 1938 to listen to while you look at the building.

"Brierly" and "McFerron," read the engraved signs at the top.

Apparently the Gabby's sign at the left has never looked right, for instance see here in 2011.

The property record card on file with the Beaver County government says it was a GC Murphy store, later a Rite Aid store.

No I'm just kidding, there are probably people alive who remember. But they probably do not care any more!, which is definitely okay.

The building is from 1938 and I wish I knew whether the doorway frame is also from then. There's probably nobody alive who remembers!
