In downtown Hampton, Virginia, on October 13th, 2023, at the offices of Yellow Cab on the west side of South Armistead Avenue (Virginia State Route 134), south of West Queen Street.
According to Google Streetview imagery, the mural was painted sometime between March 2016 and August 2017.
