The conductor on the local L136 prepares to perform a roll-by visual inspection of a westbound track geometry car at Bittinger, PA. This is near the west end of the Hanover Yard Limits. The L136 has just picked up three cars to take back to the small yard at Center St in Hanover, PA and is sitting on the "New Siding".
