the waterchannel by Ekerö centrum is narrow so boats have to slow down when passing here. The first boat (of wood) is an old treasure, a swedish classic boat, a Pettersson !.

At midnight everyone is going outdoor to see all rockets and lanterns, a spectacular happening at New Years eve of course and this year was no exception ! Fun and beautiful, yes !
What I think about is all poor animals...our indoor pets as wild animals !... real rough times for them with all booms and fireworks and stuff ! Especially when many people start the celebrations already hours before midnight !
Its been snowing now for three days....no big amounts of snow but its blowing a very cold "northeast"..brrr.
The coming weekends forecast tells us the temps will continue go down and when you think about its amazing when we´re still in the month of november !!!

Due to the pleasant seawater temperature and plenty of sunshine, the Xiapu mudflats are rich in kelp, laver, oyster and yellow croakers. Locals living along the beach are mainly engaged in marine culture. The bamboo poles, fish nets and stone columns that are inserted in the mudflats are used to dry kelp, laver, oyster and other marine products. As the sun rises and sets, the tide rises and falls, the bamboo poles, fishing boats and fish nets form various spectacular scenery .
