Graffito? 'Mural' would be more appropriate, I think. Graffiti are usually improvised, express creations - while this is obviously a planned and meticulously delivered art piece..
All fell in place after I looked up this unknown (to me) Noah brand: turned out it's an EMMY award-winning film and broadcast production company. Big world: you can't know everything and everyone ;) But this beautiful wall is no longer a puzzle.

There is a lot going on in the world. In Palestine but also in Ukraine. This space invader is worth 100 points and has a clear political statement. Hidden in the 13th arrondissement of Paris but now easy to find with the necessary apps.
I often see that fathers go hunting for space invaders with their (small) children and that the children flash the space invaders with the app FlashInvaders. Same here.
