My great grandparents lived at this property which was few acres at the time from the 1940s to their deaths and then my Great aunt Alma Gibson lived there until selling in the early 1980s.
My Great Grandfather Frederick Thomas Sanders (1881-1963) kept his working plough horses here.
Property was opposite - Ringrose Ave Primary School.

This house and land was purchased by my grandparents in the early 50s under the war service home scheme then available.
I can confirm that they were living there by 1952.
