Explored! #393 on 1/10/2025. Thanks!
Often my daily photos are pretty random, but sometimes I begin the day with an idea for a specific photograph. Last January 9 was one of those days.
I set out with a couple ideas, actually, for pics along Tupper Lake Road. One notion was to photograph the telephone poles that line both sides of that road; another was to capture a snowy image of a shed that I'd photographed a couple times before.
As expected, I easily got the photo of the parallel phone lines. But the lot with the shed had changed--they'd added a small log cabin. And, very much to my surprise, the cabin's yard features a sculpture of what seems to be a disintegrating motorcycle. The change was certainly worth a photograph. So I took it.
Then I went home and posted a landscape photo, also taken from Tupper Lake Road.
